The winter weather can dehydrate the skin, leaving it dry and dull. Hydrate the skin daily with a moisturizer (you may have to go with a heavier cream during these months) and do this easy DIY face mask weekly to lock in the moisture and soothe the skin.
The 2 ingredients are highly beneficial for the skin:
- Yogurt (use plain, full fat): contains lactic acid to help exfoliate and fats to soothe the skin.
- Honey is a great antibacterial to keep the skin clear of blemishes and it locks in moisture.
Mix the ingredients, apply to face, leave on for 10 minutes, rinse off with warm water.
