Blu Cocoon MedSpa provides services that cater to adults. Medical treatments can be performed on clients at least 18 years of age and facial clients may be as young as 14, with parental consent. As a courtesy to all our clients and in order to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 14 to any appointment. We will automatically reschedule your appointment if children are present.

Reservations and Appointment Changes

Should you need to cancel or re-schedule any appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations and appointment changes within 24 hours of the appointment, or a no-show will result in a $75 fee. A credit card number is required to schedule any appointment here at Blu Cocoon, including those with giftcards or for a complimentary consultation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation, no-show, or last-minute reschedule. If you schedule an appointment with us, it is assumed that you agree with our scheduling policy.

Check-in Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled, and the $50 fee applies. For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Topical Anesthetic

Though we try to minimize discomfort during your visit, some treatments are more uncomfortable than others. For this reason, we provide a complimentary topical anesthetic for patients to apply in office prior to treatment. Please verify arrival time with the front desk to allow adequate numbing if needed. Also, numbing creams are a prescription item and require a visit with our MD or NP prior to disbursement. Please inquire for more information.

Product Return Policy

We do not accept returns on prescription or used products. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase date.
